RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At MoodSunday, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

  1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• The return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or used personal care products
• Products with damaged or missing original packaging
• Gift cards
• Clearance or final sale items
• Customized or personalized products

  1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Our team will review the request and provide a suitable resolution.

  1. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team at hello@moodsunday.com

  2. Include your order number and reason for return.

  3. Wait for return instructions from our team.

  4. Ship the item to the return address provided.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

  1. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may apply.

  1. Exchanges

We offer replacements or exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, subject to product availability.

  1. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The wrong item was received
• The item arrived damaged
• The item is defective

In such cases, MoodSunday will cover the return or replacement costs where applicable.

  1. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to our return policy.
